The corporate office is a terrible work environment. There are too many egos and too many expectations thrown upon the staff and their supervisors. Not a friendly work environment either; dead silent most of the time. Laughing is frowned upon. Most of the problems come from the owner/president Syd (this is shown by his inability to keep a personal assistant for longer than a month). He expects so many things to be done and completed but does not care what it takes to accomplish said tasks. When trying to reason more resources or time, he can become very uncaring and/or hostile. He creates a very tense and stressful work environment when he enters the building, and this shows on the senior staff. They all pretend to laugh at his crude attempt at humor in a sad attempt to make him happier. Most of the work seems to be very simple and repetitive; of which is not career building. The only perks are getting to know the real estate agents, some of whom are very nice and interesting people.
