Ventajas
Commission pay but only on singular transactions over £500. You could sell over a grand in a day but if neither transaction is over £500 you won’t receive any commission, so it is mostly unobtainable.
Desventajas
Please read before you start working here. The team itself are lovely, however the company as a whole is a really bad place to work. It is stated that for bereavement, if your parent, sibling, or spouse dies you are entitled to THREE days bereavement pay. THREE DAYS! They also do not provide maternity or paternity pay. Therefore if you wish to start a family you will not get paid at all. Additionally, any holiday pay you have accrued but have not taken your holidays by the end of the year, you will not get paid for this. Not to mention they do not provide any sick pay apart from SSP, if on the chance you are unwell you can either be unpaid or use your holiday hours, wild.
