Middle management stop progression to protect themselves and their salaries. Allowed to stay even though they continue to make monumental mistakes again and again. Same management was the reason for door delays and cancelled staff bank holiday with less than 10 days notice to fixed a problem that was management. And also the reason for drop in quality of doors due to staff leaving. Higher management speak about culture but it’s all surface level and fake. A lot of management and higher incompetent at doing their roles and are hoodwinking other directors.
