There are many but I will only list a few. I have worked for 3 years in RnR Datalex Pvt. Ltd. 1. As a fresher my salary was very low, I was expecting a good reasonable hike which any engineer + mba would have but after 3 years of working my salary was less than 20k . Yes you heard that right . 2 when I was having decent conversation with my manager about a salary , his comments were like - if my team members earn more than 20k then I think he earns more than enough - yes the upper level employees mentally are that cheap. 3. If you are a girl and you come from a decent family status who earns for their dignity not for livelihood then surely you will get a raise of not more than 2-4 k per year . - not exaggerating. 4. There are no goals , they build an ERP which after every release has same issues that you already noted and got it resolved. 5. They think if they have given you a job they have got your soul and you should not be thinking of leaving them . 6. The company has salary issues and from past one year they are giving salary in pieces . Now let me come to the management 1. No HR stays long here. 2.These people have other business to look forward into which is actually generating revenue unlike RnR datalex so they generally don't pay attention to this sector. 3. There is no female leadership in the company , if you have talent just don't show up here.
