      Ventajas

      Best onboarding experience I've ever had at a company. Everyone is very supportive and collaborative. Managers are empathetic and understanding. Having to take appointments or an hour here or there from work is very flexible. Very happy working at Rizing. Good upward projectory for those who demonstrate a want for career growth.

      Ventajas

      Rizing was a great company to break into SAP Consulting. You had great people working within the company willing to go to bat for you.

      Desventajas

      Wipro integration. Wipro Leadership is out of touch with how Rizing and SAP does business. Wipro service quality is nothing compared to what Rizing was. They let go of a majority of Rizing employees to gain their connections. Stay away.
