From a day-to-day perspective, the people are what truly make /N SPRO a great place to work. The team is spirited, smart, and varied - there is no one that you wouldn't want to grab a coffee or drink with on any given day. Depending on your needs as a professional it can be much more than a job - it's a corporate family (that occasionally hangs out at the beach). Desventajas
Very few qualms: - no vision coverage (for those of us with struggling peepers!) & very average vacation time - less clear development and career paths for those outside of the operations team - communications strategies from management could be better unified / thought out at times
