It's a remote first company. Generally fellow employees are really nice.

Desventajas

Management makes all decisions unilaterally, making improvement of processes impossible. Any contrary opinions will more often than not result in the abrupt termination of your contract. Employee benefits are not clear, and projects are never finished.

Ventajas

The team has been very receptive and cordial to me from day 1. In the department to which I belong, I have been allowed to contribute my knowledge and I have also received valuable feedback that has allowed me to develop as a professional day by day. I would describe the experience as an adventure that reinvents itself every day with challenges that push me to be better and better. I recommend it 100%.
