I joined Riverside a few months ago. I felt valued and welcomed on day one. The work is professionally challenging and I’m very impressed with Dr. Omick and the leadership team. Benefits are great. Free parking and in Crystal City that is a plus! The medical and dental plans for my family saved me significantly from my last employer and vision is free for employees and their dependents. PTO is 4 weeks a year! Plus 10 paid holidays and $10,000 tuition reimbursement. Then there are 2 retirement plans. The company is very proactive in evaluating benefits for employees and their families.
