Ventajas
Directors and management are approachable. Hybrid model adaption since COVID has meant there can be some flexibility for family commitments when required. Friendly staff and working environment when in office Varied tech stack exposure and always challenged. Current and previous staff have gained good experience to move up in the company or have gained the experience for more senior roles. Pays overtime on rare occasions when you're stuck till the early hours getting a customer system up again when s**t hits the fan.
Desventajas
As with any MSP can be stressful on busy days with staff absences / holidays. Demands of the business can hamper allocated training / research time and can see being pulled in multiple directions as P1/ P2 tickets always come at the worst time.
