Ventajas
I love working for RivalHealth for 3 main reasons. First, wellness is my passion. The values and mission of RivalHealth is aligned with my values and mission and this makes working enjoyable and exciting. Secondly, the team is AWESOME! Everyone who works at RivalHealth is there because the want to be- they believe in the company and their work is based on the desire to see the company succeed. The team is fun and the talent is out of this world. Lastly, I love working for Pete Durand, the owner and CEO. His leadership is invaluable and his passion is contagious.
Desventajas
I work remotely, so the only con for me is not being in the office environment as often as I would like to be. I have to be self-motivated to work from home and at times that can be challenging! Luckily my work is challenging and exciting so I enjoy getting started with my day and typically am deeply engaged in whatever project I am working on!
