Ventajas

The marketing team is genuinely one of the smartest groups I’ve worked with and are some of the best in B2B SaaS. People collaborate well, especially with sales, and there’s a shared sense of purpose under the new Rithum brand. Strong benefits and work-life balance: solid PTO, fully remote work, and affordable healthcare. I feel confident in my job security. The business is stable and steadily growing, with no major layoffs or financial concerns. Despite all the transformation, employees seem aligned about where the company is heading.

Desventajas

Priorities can shift quickly, which sometimes leaves projects behind or deprioritized. Cross-functional leadership at the top isn’t always 100% aligned, which can slow things down or create mixed direction. You have to be able to keep project moving on your own. In-person opportunities are slowly showing up; they’re improving but haven’t been consistently available until recently.

Ventajas

CS org combined with Renewals some time ago. Since then, the Customer Success leadership has put the team in a great position to succeed. Providing solid tools and direction, using metric-based approaches and not aimless goals (like having to hit a generic 'calls made' goal)

Desventajas

Upward movement career-wise can be a challenge

Ventajas

The company has talented employees and some strong legacy teams. There are opportunities to learn quickly, especially in ecommerce and retail media, and many coworkers are collaborative and supportive despite ongoing challenges.

Desventajas

The culture has significantly declined under newer leadership. There is a growing disconnect between executive expectations and the realities of team workloads, resulting in burnout, high turnover, and low morale. Employees are often expected to absorb additional responsibilities without meaningful support, compensation adjustments, or clear direction.
