You feel like you are apart of the Rite Window family and not just a number. Great opportunity for commission with a solid base pay. Opportunity for promotion within company.

No real cons. Make sure you have a car and a positive attitude for sales as you will hear no a lot. Takes a certain mindset to be successful.

If you are a top setter, you will make a lot more money than you expect, and even more than they initially say in the interview

If you are not a top setter, it's because they don't give you the best leads, in which case, the pay is solid. However, the management team is incredibly incompetent, greedy, dishonest, and lacks integrity. This is the worst company I've ever worked at
