Ventajas

A chair to sit in, running water in the bathroom, air conditioning in the summer, heat in the winter, a window to look outside. The paycheck every two weeks is the only thing that separates this job from being in prison.

Desventajas

The things that do not exist at Rite Response include: honest, loyalty, compassion, creativity, imagination, and dedication. Can you get no other job? Do you want to be just a person in a seat? If so, then this is a perfect job for you.

Freedom to work "in house" or remote. Ability to work with or without supervision. Paid overtime and holidays. Access to review hours worked past and present.

Desventajas

Poor work-life balance. Mandatory overtime. Short to no notice of schedule changes. No base pay raises offered. No room for advancement in company. Pettiness of management and owner. Very high turn over rate. Consistently understaffed. Consistently contradictory requests from management/owner. Lack of training. Little to no communication.
