First off, they advertise this position as a Leadership Development Program but literally involves learning zero leadership skills. You are under someone who is in a higher position than you and he/she also has a boss and so on. Basically, your job is to convince other students to use the RippleMatch platform and you get paid based on commission. The pay is terrible and is overall a waste of time. There are also scammers on LinkedIn who pretend that to be recruiters and message you if you need a referral but literally just refer you to RippleMatch so that you can press on the link so they just credit. Stay away from this scam company.
