      Ventajas

      It is the major event in sports in the world. There we a great environment with people from all the world and many different things to learn about infrastructure and making an event happen.

      Desventajas

      It is temporary only for the event that ends this year. It was not so mature company as it was temporary, there were small things that sometimes causes rework as bad communication, always had new employees without knowledge of the internal process.

      Ventajas

      International experience, multicultural environment, a "must-do-no-matter-what" environment, "will-over-the-skill" general attitude.

      Desventajas

      I am not sure I would be able to list any cons (except the occasional high anxiety that comes with the job description).

      Ventajas

      The global reach of the job. The social impact of it in the city and the fun it is to be part of this project.

      Desventajas

      Short term job. Company that will last up to 2017 and the wrong correlation that people do with the public actions.
