Some really good perks like Friday's "off" and working fully remote. Pay was also pretty high for the role as the company culture is American centric
Desventajas
Incredibly disorganised and poorly managed. Not a single promotion Aus wide in the last 2 years. Still have to work most Fridays. Will let you go even if you're performing well with very little notice or payout. The core offering is also rapidly expiring in relevancy due to not being able to cover clients on the cloud
