Ventajas
working at Riley, you'll work alongside a smart, passionate group of people who care very much about putting out a great product, stellar CX, and fostering a truly collaborative environment. folks are available and approachable -- no ego, no drama, very focused, and you will be recognized for a job well done.
Desventajas
it's a typical start-up environment in the sense that there's a small (but mighty!) team, lots to do.. don't expect to be able to log off at 5pm sharp every day.
(I don't think this is a "con" necessarily, just that it may not be the right fit for everyone.)
