Ventajas
Riffyn has a really quality culture, with a great group of exceptionally kind, interesting and intelligent coworkers. It's also a great environment for improving your skills, I feel like I've been doing my best work since joining in no small part because there's always another engineer ready and willing to support and help you. The product is engaging and the work feels meaningful.
Desventajas
Like any startup, there are some growing pains as the company transitions into being a sustainable business. However having only worked in small startups Riffyn is handling it very well and we're building robust processes without impacting day to day work. Working with a legacy code base can be a challenge but again, nothing very atypical of a startup.
