      In a good team lead.

      Desventajas

      Poor staff benefits. Long working hours. Low salary. No flexibility in terms of working from home and motivating staff by management level. Have to use your own laptop to do work.

      - Low: base pay, raises, bonuses, benefits - Extremely limited career growth and mentorship/learning opportunities - Promotions are based purely on (Arizona) management's perception of your work - judged mostly from your office's bottom-line revenue/profit - Almost 0 internal resources, outdated take-off software, minimal training - Considerable employee turnover with no explanation from management
