      Stay away if you have the chance. The founders are doing silly business in the property business in Berlin and thats why they went bancrupt.

      - Working in a pure XP Development environment (more than just "Agile") - Good mentors and strong learning culture - Great place to learn and practice pair-programming - Working close with passionate colleagues about Investments and Trading, available to share their knowledge

      Desventajas

      - Still early stage startup, can be really chaotic - Lots of responsibilities
