Ventajas
Talented, energetic students Travel perks (though was far more limited than at peer universities due to budgeting differences) Campus-wide perks, like hearing world leaders speak, free lectures from scholars, discounts to some area restaurants and companies
Desventajas
Office management was rigid, biased, and bureaucratic, but the management has changed entirely since I left. It may be a lot more dynamic and respectful now. Lack of trust and even respect of staffers (by mgmt) and among staffers Cliques and gossipy culture (may have changed since mgmt changed)
