They have a great atmosphere. The leader ship team at our store is amazing... They understand and they really care about there employees...

Desventajas

I do not like the tip share.. Especially to fellow employees who do not work for it.

Amazing staff that have become a true family. Great guest that have been coming some since the day the restaurant opened. The best BBQ on the Coast

I can not think of any because I absolutely love my job and work family

Ventajas

Everyone treated each other as family and genuinely took pride in their craft.

Desventajas

Corporate became a very distant. You ended up becoming just a number on a paper instead of a person who gave years to the company.
