      Ventajas

      Early finish on Friday, nothing else.

      Desventajas

      Complete lack of leadership at the exec level. A number of ex BAE team who were offloaded into the joint venture to avoid further negative impact in the BAE business. Business culture akin to the 1970’s, no modern or current ways of thinking and a strong blame culture from the top tier. Huge amounts of money signed off by the exec for senior consultants who are then ignored and the spend brushed under the carpet.

      Ventajas

      The business that has grown its headcount from 300-800 in just 4 years. Over 30% of the workforce have achieved a higher graded position since the start of their employment. Flexible working and excellent benefits package. State of the art/modern manufacturing facility. Strong parent organisation with global appeal and ambitions.

      Desventajas

      Multiple systems in use with poor integration. Manual working methods due to poor systems. Poor Turnover in leadership roles has created a culture of uncertainty

      Amazing, knowledgeable, staff and amazing products with great connection to user and purpose.

      Desventajas

      Agility and decision making can be slow occasionally.
