The company is willing to offer hybrids and provide decent benefits. Due to its size, even the bottom grunt will get to know the leadership. The office atmosphere is rather dynamic and relaxed. Desventajas
An open space office means you don't have privacy. The office does get pretty loud. There is no good food nearby the office, so make sure you bring your own food to eat in the cafeteria. Because the company offers a hybrid doesn't mean you will get it. Pay is debatable since everyone has different opinions. But it will be relatively lower pay if you speak more than one language. Not to mention, if you speak their tongue, most likely there will be at least one person that you know. It's a small company and people talk there.
