      Ventajas

      Even though it is a 100% remote company, they always care about keeping this culture of being together. For sure you will have teambuildings for different teams/departments, online events, and face-to-face events too. They are constantly improving in offering different benefits and you feel that you are part of the team since day 1. Each team member is motivated and everyone is open to help you with anything that you may need.

      Ventajas

      Es 100% remoto, lo cual es una gran ventaja. Se realizan muchas reuniones y la toma de decisiones suele ser muy rápida. Se trabaja de forma ágil y hay buena comunicación entre los equipos.

      Desventajas

      Debo decir que los gerentes les faltan el respeto a los empleados. He tenido malas experiencias donde me gritaron o me faltaron el respeto porque estaban demasiado estresados o simplemente porque esa es su forma de tratar a la gente. La alta dirección no es así, y me sorprende que fomenten ese comportamiento. Además, las reuniones individuales suelen cancelarse y no hay retroalimentación continua, lo cual supongo que es normal en las pequeñas empresas, aunque lo prometan.

      It is remote based and they give you a good computer

      The company is struggling and this is the result: - Rushed decisions - People is fired on the spot with little explanation - Constant sense of insecurity. - Communication from leadership is inconsistent and herratic
