      Ventajas

      I've had great mentors/supervisors that have been invested in my development as an engineer and making sure I am enjoying the work I've been doing. The team is communicative and I genuinely enjoy talking with and getting to know my teammates. The interdisciplinary nature of utility scale solar is cool because you are always learning about different aspects of the designs from your peers.

      Desventajas

      Deadlines can get hectic, but there tends to be an ebb and flow. I think some folks are really overbooked and need more support, but management is working on that.

      Ventajas

      Excellent transparency from the top to bottom and a great place to advance your career. There are so many opportunities to make an impact which makes every day incredibly fulfilling. The ESOP is the cherry on top!

      Desventajas

      Revamp is experiencing amazing growth at the moment and sometimes day-to-day operations can be a little bumpy.

      -Amazing work-life balance -A genuine, unforced culture with strong community and passionate work ethic -Great benefits -Transparency from leadership -Ability to contribute no matter your role

      Desventajas

      -Access to in-person offices is currently limited as an option for those that enjoy to work in office/hybrid. (The most minor of gripes coming from someone who enjoys remote work) -Still a young company so processes are still being ironed out (could be a pro for ambitious people looking to have an impact)
