Company is still in the startup phase, but the products are well-built and positioned for growth. Leadership is qualified and motivates their teams to continually grow and adapt to changing needs. There is support and empowerment for doing what your job requires, and trust in your ability to perform. The environment is collaborative and free from ego.
Desventajas
Since the team isn’t quite large enough to have a full-fledged culture, it can be challenging to connect with others in a remote environment. However, everyone is always open to connecting and this will improve with growth.
