      The environment and team building is great, one of the best conferences and group inclusion workshops that I’ve experienced. A smaller portfolio leads to a deeper connection between homes

      Desventajas

      Preaches “PEOPLE” values and doesn’t follow them. Spends money on learning how best to help their managers but lacks follow through of using how best to work with them. All positions expected to be working 24/7 which results in burn out.

      Pros is working from home

      Desventajas

      so much work that everyday we work minimum 10 hours, no OT pay, They do not even pretend there is a work-life balance.
