Lower-level employees are not receiving proper guidance from upper level, causing strain and tension between teams. Annual merit increases continued being pushed back, with a 5-month delay last year, and HR is always delayed in getting back to employees. Starting salaries are also extremely low. There are no updated resources for different programs the company is responsible for. Everyone is clueless as to if there are resources or where they are.
