It was chaotic with no processes in place. No support in place. Owner was behind on technical knowledge and regularly and used to send us out with a piece of paper with global admin creds for all companies on it! Always quick to point a finger and lose his patience. Expecting a 1st line at first line salary to perform third line works and accuse me of not being honest in the interview. Sorry Tim, I was very honest and a process with a technical interview would have identified what I could do and what I couldn’t. Needless to say, I was terminated without warning and left jobless with two new born children and a wife. The funny thing is a few years later, I could run that place with my eyes closed if I had been given more than six weeks to adjust.
