Ventajas

Joined Reputation recently , The HR , TA and hiring manager were very accommodating. They were transparent throughout and shared every little detail i needed. This company has some of the best employee benefits : WFH - mostly Good pay Good health Coverage Good Insurance coverage Free Lunch , Snacks and drinks at office Good no. of leaves Most importantly Professional and Helpful team mates.

Desventajas

Nothing i can think of right now.

Great management, lots of resources to ensure success in your role.

Desventajas

It can be difficult for cross-department collaboration with everyone being in different time zones.

Thanks for the review! Cross-functional collaboration across time zones is a real challenge these days. We are hoping that the flexibility of our remote & hybrid environment and clarification of ‘core working hours’ will help support even greater collaboration across teams. Ventajas

*Benefits are a bit pricey, but you'll be well covered *Great coworkers *Lunch for in office workers.

Desventajas

*Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
