Great Opportunity: opiniones de empleados con el puesto de Sales Representative en Rep-Lite

Not only did I get a great assignment, Rick, Kelly and the rest of the team made me feel very supported and appreciated. They offer contract positions with the goal of converting to permanent after the contract expires. I've never gone the contract route before but it was the right thing at the right time for me. Great company that cares about their contractees and operates with conviction and solid values. I would do it again as I know they'd have my back.

I actually probably would prefer to stay contract because the benefits are decent and there's a buffer between me and the company, but don't think that's an option.

Flexibility, intellectual challenge, work-life balance, chance to meet new people, net-working, a sense of identity, stability & learning new skills.

I've had no cons while working with Rep-Lite, overall it's been nothing positive.
