      Work from home is nice.

      Desventajas

      My 3 month contract kept getting extended and I was never brought on full time so I had no PTO and no benefits, Declined to extend at the 2 year mark.

      some good benefits nice managers/supervisors work from home

      Desventajas

      pay is low for amount of complaints and extra changes dealt with fast paced calles AI graded metrics, some mistakes by AI go unnoticed health insurance is horrible
