Upper management did not appear to encourage open and honest discussion, making it difficult to raise concerns or share ideas. Compensation seemed below market rates compared to similar roles in the industry. Over time, morale appeared to decline, and many employees became disengaged and less confident in their work. Several talented colleagues left during my time there, and turnover seemed consistently high.
