Ventajas
I have recently joined the team at Renaissance and I am really happy I joined this company. The training and new employee induction programme has been excellent. My line manager and my team have been very supportive and helpful. Even though everyone is really busy people have always taken the time to help me and answer my questions. The company structure 'makes sense' with clear working objectives and rewards. The products are great, helping teachers and pupils around the world improve literacy and numeracy skills. Everyone at the company seems to have great passion and drive for delivering.
Desventajas
I was a little worried about taking on a new role that was completely remote working but with regular daily communications with my colleagues and plenty of support this is no longer a concern. My days are busy and productive with plenty to do!
