      - Pathetic Team and people. - Favouritism wins. Buttering is you need to learn as a skill to win and be safe. - Company is governed by 7-8 employees and they always get promoted. - Dirty and shity politics. - No Promotion as no Title hierarchy defined. - Money can’t buy people always and all times so don’t play with humans. - stupid culture and work hour policies. - No stand for Pune employees, it is all run from US management.

      1. Good pay 2. Hard-working colleagues

      There are many but here are the top two: 1. Incompetent leadership - Questionable decisions in terms of operational and GTM strategy. ICs are overwhelmed with unrealistic expectations in terms of workload; you could work 24/7 and still never be caught up. Impact: most of the top performers have left, and the ones who remain have little work-life balance. 2. Nepotism Culture - Promotions/opportunities are not merit-based. People who get rewarded are those with personal connections to leadership or those who can kiss the most a**. Impact: don't expect to get promoted based off of performance.
