Ventajas
I love the "family" feeling this company has, it really makes it easy to come to work every day. I know, regardless of what's going on, Refijet has my back and wants me to exceed. I love my management, including my direct manager, Liz. She coaches and supports everyone of her team and works her butt off.
Desventajas
There is a lot of gossip between some. Not all are included in this, but we all know who to watch what we say to due to it.
