* Toxic culture in RPO * Broken promises across the business * Toxic senior leadership team * Toxic management practices passed down from SLT to team leaders * 'Do as I say, not do as I do' behaviour from SLT * Absolutely clueless around managing mental health in the work place * Basic pay very poor * No accountability from the SLT on how they run the department * Absolutely no flexibility around WFH * Complete lack of empathy or emotional intelligence from the SLT for personal issues * Benefits are poor for a company that size * You're either 'in' the gang, or you're not * Micromanagement is an understatement

Ventajas

Reed is a great organisation with strong company values. I have worked for Reed for a long time and have had fabulous opportunities in a company that is flexible and listens.

Desventajas

AL policy is low, no long tenure increases
