Ventajas
• WLB due to flexible hours • There are opportunities to step up & take lead in your own initiatives—good for self-improvement and the experience • Colleagues are great—mostly easy-going, young and fun to be around.
Desventajas
• Very poor career progression—hard work goes unrecognised & there are no bonus/increments. Makes you question company's investment in you as an individual. • Direction is constantly changing—it's a fine line between being adaptable and not knowing what's good for the company. • Lots of room for improvement when it comes to culture/welfare—little company/team-bonding activities to inject vigour into the environment. • Constant layoffs even though manpower is already very lean • Leaders are myopic—always looking for immediate results, rarely at the bigger picture. Long-term goals and strategies are compromised as such.
