      Ventajas

      The company truly believes and operates with respect to the core belief that fitness and heath can transform lives not only physically, but mentally and socially as well. The company mission and values are clear, communicated often, and embraced. It's ok to take an hour for fitness throughout the day and fitness events are encouraged to participate in.

      Desventajas

      At this current time, job security is a concern across the org.

      Strong team members, good discount on product. Good work/life balance.

      Desventajas

      Business model is very political, hard to drive change. Location, it’s expensive and inconvenient to get to work. Salary transparency is lacking and a promotions/merit is hard to come by - org doesn’t feel rewarded or valued. HR team is small and inattentive.
