Sexist, Gaslighting Leadership: opiniones de empleados con el puesto de Empleado anónimo en Redapt

Leadership is 99% male and acts like one big bro club. My senior manager made a joke to me about me being sexually assaulted then tried to backtrack. Was given two days of training by my manager after being hired on and then thrown into the pit and expected to read minds on task completion and processes. Because there was no training or task direction in anything I was given, mistakes were made. So, instead of using it as a learning opportunity, my manager gaslit me into believing it was my fault and then punished me by taking away responsibilities, never getting the chance to learn how to correct them or do better. My weekly 1:1’s were my manager’s opportunity to complain about relationship issues, treating them like therapy sessions instead. If my immediate manager was OoO, and an idea was presented to our senior manager and was approved, my manager would take it as a personal attack on them instead of me trying to support/make them look good. All in all, it was emotionally taxing and abusive to work there.
