The CEO demands great coffee in the office and great coffee is what we got. We had some AWESOME customers and I spent most of my time on the West Coast hanging with great people from exciting companies
Desventajas
Run for the hills! A culture of complete disrespect and bullying. Insecure female sales leader who had other strong sales women or customer success women fired based off her personal, no-good-reason dislike for them. There was no formal training. People are rude to one another- office tensions felt palpable. Customers were awesome- the only pro. Unfortunately the product was too weak for the pricetag and customers saw right through it. Manager "saved" deals by basically offering product for pennies, then blamed it on sales team. Manager told me repeatedly I was "lucky to have a job," I alerted HR, and 2 days later was told RF wasn't a good fit for me, "but you can keep your macbook!" Ha! I watched sales people who were fearful of getting on the phone get promoted- the favoritism/boys club is legit. This is definitely not a place of support, learning or problem solving. Someone always pointing the finger at someone else. What a shame. A weird mix of complete dweebs or washed up bros- glad I moved on.
