Ventajas

very very relaxed and slow environment which could amortized be beneficial in transition phases.

Desventajas

very fluid, very slow, you can take a day’s work and stretch it into a week or two and no one would bat an eye. very reserved people, no prospect of self-improvement, financial returns or exciting work. code base seems to be stuck 2-3 years back with no visible effort to make smt worthy.
