Ventajas
Great people and culture. Loved the early years of community and growth we achieved.
Learned a lot and made a bunch of great friends within the community and staff.
Had amazing benefits.
I'm going to miss all the people I worked with, but I do not regret working here. All good things must come to an end, as they say.
Desventajas
Unfortunately, it grew too fast and could not keep up with the profit for the number of players and staff. A change in company direction caused dislike among the employees and players.
Just wished that higher-ups would take into consideration more of the staff and community suggestions. I'm sure there could have been a solution to appeal to everyone while still making a profit. Recovery to bring back what the community wanted was too late.
