Ventajas
The work life balance is pretty good. If you want to just blend into the background and get a paycheck, this is the place for you. The location doesn't hurt either, awesome!
Desventajas
We've forgotten that a corporation exists to return profits to it's shareholders. Or maybe we've just forgotten the definition of "shareholder", because all profits (if there ever are any) are returned to the bloated senior management structure in the form of bonuses. This place is full of VP's and GM's with less direct employess than a manager at Starbucks. The only thing we can execute on is layoffs. And when we do, it's never the generals leading us into battle, but the infantry charging to their deaths. In all fairness, there is a lot of potential here, problem is everything gets lost in translation = "How does this translate to my fat paycheck"...
