As per our handbook we also provide a learning and development budget for employees who have been with the company at least one year. “No clear vision and goals” – Xencall celebrates monthly team wins through the use of core values at company-wide Friday Fun events, and ties it’s mission to closing client testimonials. Employees document their personal and professional goals in our HRIS system. C- level executives and HR is dedicated to continuously improving the clarity of how goals align with company mission. “Cameras everywhere (No privacy at all)” – As a tech company Xencall would like to protect its material assets and minimize the cost of insurance. “No stability” - Xencall’s turn-over rate is less than most tech companies in the same sector, size and stage of growth.
