3yThanks for evaluating your time at Razor Group and sharing it with our community! We wanted to address some of the points you made in your review to give a better picture of how we handle things like home office or bonus payments.
We are sorry that our work from home policy was not clearly communicated to you. We are currently working on guidelines for our employees which are consistent across all functions. Our HR tool will give us better visibility into who is working from home so we can better plan our day-to-day operations and ensure transparent communication across all teams.
The bonus budget is pre-determined by the Management, People and Finance team and is also influenced based on local benchmarks, cost of living metrics, trends and subject to change based on Razor Group’s financial and market situation. Thus, other factors previously mentioned will also be considered when paying the total bonus.
