Sorry to hear your time with us wasn't want you would have liked. I see you listed yourself as a vehicle artist, so I assume it's been at several years plus since you have been an active team member with us since that position title was eliminated back in 2017. Early on, I admit, the Modeling Team managers were not up to the task, we have since put people in charge who have a good eye for look and detail, and can run larger teams of people efficiently. Our Art Team (Modeling & Texture artists) has been hitting the mark for years now. The work is on par with any AAA studios work that has been released in the past several years. As far as payment, everyone at hire is made well aware of our profit-sharing payment setup, and that the position is part-time, to allow you to work other gigs or jobs until the title is released. Profit-sharing allows you to get paid quarterly over and over again for the work you did, but the downside is, we all have to wait until the title goes into sales. The nice part is, we are very close now, with Eden Falling in alpha on STEAM and Early Acces coming soon, the long wait is about over.
