Ventajas

Overall, working at Raylo has been a fantastic experience. Although the company has grown into a much larger organisation, it still maintains a scrappy, startup mindset. We’re trusted with a high level of autonomy to experiment, innovate, and build things that have a real impact on the business. The culture is highly collaborative, with everyone always willing to help and support one another. Over the past year, the scale and ambition of the company have grown significantly, making it an especially exciting place to work right now. Alongside this growth come strong career development opportunities and clear progression paths, with great compensation to boot.

Desventajas

The benefits leave a fair bit to be desired, although they have said they will bring in some highly requested benefits such as health insurance this year

Ventajas

Raylo is a great environment for developing new skills and gaining exposure to different parts of the business. The company encourages collaboration and innovation, and there’s plenty of opportunity to get involved in projects outside your immediate role. The pace is fast and you’ll learn a lot quickly if you’re proactive.

Desventajas

While the company talks a lot about growth and development, the career framework doesn’t really work in practice. Progression paths are unclear, and hard work often goes unnoticed or unrewarded. Promotions and pay reviews can feel inconsistent, and there’s little transparency around how advancement decisions are made. This can be frustrating for people who are genuinely putting in the effort and delivering results.
