      Ventajas

      Since Ranpak was acquired in 2019, the company has done a number of great things to move in the direct. The leadership team is top-notch. The culture continues to evolve to support the core values. Investments in acquisitions, new facilities, systems and a focus on sustainability, diversity and people lead the way. The future is bright!

      You can occasionally come across an employee that choses to be negative.

      Steady work.. Overtime.. Decent pay after a few years.. Solid vacation package.. We get a ham at Christmas

      Desventajas

      Lay offs every year.. Always short staffed.. no lunch break.. only off on Sundays.. High benefits.. Took away our yearly bonus.. Took away our "weekly" production bonus.. Took away one of our federal holidays.. HR is a revolving door.. 4 plant managers in 4 years
